Earl of Sandwich is one of my favorite places to eat while in Disney. It's located in the Downtown Disney Marketplace. (The bread is what really sets their sandwiches apart.) One thing we've never had the chance to try is their breakfast menu. This morning we tried the: Bacon, Egg and Cheddar,
Ham, Egg and Cheddar and Ham and Swiss. I really enjoyed my sandwich (ham and swiss) and would definitely return.
This afternoon we headed over to Epcot. Having never had a chance to try the Kim Possible World Showcase game we thought we'd try out the new Phineas and Ferb: Agent P's World Showcase Adventure. We signed up for our mission and headed over to France. It was a cute story line and a nice way to explore the world showcase countries. The most distracting thing was the unbearable heat. Today was just brutal. After a bit we decided to move on.
EPCOT's Food and Wine festival begins this Friday (Sept. 28). Today we saw several Disney Cast Members preparing for the festival. Many of the menus were posted outside of the booths. Everything looks delicious. We can't wait!
In anticipation for the festival I decided to try to make the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup. I found the recipe online awhile back but never made it. We went to the store and got everything and had it for dinner along with some flounder. It was wonderful!
All this talk about food is making me hungry. SOunds like you guys are having a lot of fun.

ReplyDeleteNo way!! Just talking today about how sad it is that we're already half way through our adventure. We're usually to exhausted to write up a blog post when we get home at night so we post it the next day.
